Before Death
Death work is not just reserved for the dying.
Intentionally engaging with mortality draws us into deeper intimacy, presence, and gratitude with the living world. Nature helps us face impermanence and soften into the great mystery of existence. When we attune to the Earth’s rhythms of decay and renewal, we remember that we belong to something vast, wild, and enduring.

Advance Care Planning
Planning for death is an act of love. No matter your age or stage, it’s vital to identify how you want to be supported at the end of life.
Through intentional collaboration, I’ll help you uncover your deepest longings for how you want to be held in death. Together, we’ll tend to the practical (medical wishes, power of attorney) and the sacred (bedside rituals, after death care, funeral planning).
You will emerge from this process with a legally valid plan that reflects your values & wishes.

Care Coordination & Advocacy
With over a decade of experience in healthcare, I offer care coordination services to help you and your loved ones navigate palliative and hospice care. As your non-clinical advocate, I can:
• Attend appointments and coordinate across providers
• De-mystify insurance structures & care systems
• Advocate for your values and preferences to be honored by medical teams
• Offer education on hospice admissions
-
Natural Burials
As an eco death doula, I can provide education on eco-conscious burials and body care, guiding you through natural burial options available in your area. This may include support with:
• Navigating state-specific regulations for natural or home burials
• Identifying “green” funeral homes, transport services, cemeteries, and body care options
• Integrating eco-burial into your advance directives and death plan

I was dead, then alive — weeping, then laughing. The power of love came into me, and I was fierce like a lion, then tender like an evening star.
