Mindfulness & Meditation
Moments of change call for resting & rooting. Earth-based mindfulness and meditation offers grounding, presence, insight, and deepening capacity to meet whatever is unfolding.
Sessions draw on practices that focus attention, regulate the nervous system, and foster reconnection with the wider field of life. This may include guided meditation, grounding exercises, sensory exploration, or reflective inquiry that encourages clear thinking, emotional integration, and renewed connection with the more-than-human world.
Mindfulness rooted in the living world
In meditation sessions, we use Earth-informed practices such as sensory awareness, meditation, and observation to foster deeper presence with your experience. Rather than aiming for a particular state of consciousness, the focus is on cultivating awareness that is grounded, embodied, and responsive to the conditions of your inner world.
